Experience involves providing advice and representation to businesses and individuals concerning contract disputes, employment matters, shareholder disputes, mechanics’ lien enforcement, non-compete covenants, commercial sales and collection.

Representation of start-up and established businesses in the publishing, printing, construction, development, lumber, banking, manufacturing, and personal services industries.

Representation of both employer and employees concerning issues related to drafting and enforcement of non-compete agreements and confidentiality agreements, drafting of employment contracts, resolving termination disputes and employee litigation.
